Mr.Partha Sarkar
|
 |
Mr Partha Sarkar is a management expert, who has recently retired as the
Managing Director of Escorts Finance Ltd., Delhi and moved to New York. A B.Tech
from IIT Delhi and MBA from the IIM Ahmedabad, he has over thirty three years
experience in Indian industry, particularly in the area of finance. A former
member of the prestigious Tata Administrative Service (TAS), he was responsible
for creating the first strategic place for Tata Industries in the early
eighties. Later he helped formed several companies like Tata Telecom, Tata
Keltron, High Tech Drilling Services India, Tata Honeywell and Tata Finance Ltd.
and served on their Boards as well. He was Managing Director of Tata Finance
Ltd. from 1990-96. He was also responsible to establishing a debt resolution
company alongwith Mr.Arun Kumar Mehta for the Escorts Group |

Mr. Amarendra Nath Sinha

Mr. Amarendra Nath Sinha is M.A, LLB and PG Diploma in Business
Management. He started his career as an Advocate with Patna High Court and after
few years of practice, he joined Tata Steel. Later he joined ESCORTS Group and
was involved in setting up of an Asset Recovery Company. He has rich experience
of 30 years in legal field, specialized in formulating legal strategy, effective
and comprehensive interpretation of legal topics and has a good command over
litigation and debt resolution. He was Director of Capital Factors & Asset
Reconstruction (I) Ltd.. |

Mr. Ajay Prasad

Mr. Ajay Prasad is a Post Graduate in Arts and having vast experience with
corporate working and also as an entrepreneur. Besides serving as Consultant to
many national & international organizations, he was associated with Hindustan
Development Corpn, Metal Way etc. As entrepreneur he has set up two firms of
Paint and Granite Cutting/Polishing. He is a prominent figure in the social and
political sectors. He is actively involved with many NGOs and presently is the
Organising Secretary & Treasurer of All India Panchayat Parishad registered in
1958 and life member of All India Tribal Welfare Society.e member of All India Tribal Welfare Society.

Mr.Sunil Arora is B.Com; MBA; CS (Inter) and Diploma in Taxation. He has about
15 years rich experience in Debt Resolution/Recovery field besides having vast
practical experience in Corporate matters. He was instrumental for large volume
of recoveries for many big Corporates, Banks in India and abroad. He has worked
with corporates like DCM Group & Escorts Group. He has proven track record in
handling Corporate matters, Share/Debenture/Dividend, Public Issues, Merger/
Amalgamation, Fixed Deposit issues, Liaison with Govt./Quasi Govt. / Authorities
etc. etc. |

Mr. Somanathan

Mr. Somanathan, Graduate in Arts & Law, having rich experience of more than 18
years corporate working, specifically in the field of Debt Resolution, related
litigation - execution of court proceeds, HRD & Administration. He was All India
Co-ordinator with the Asset Reconstruction Division of Escorts Finance Ltd.
(EFL) and was monitoring recoveries of EFL. He was associated with the Asset
Reconstruction Division of EFL since its inception and has played a pivotal role
in setting up the Debt Resolution Company promoted by Escorts Group. He has also
worked with many esteemed organizations such as L&T, JK Group and DCM. |

Mr. Md. Akhtar Hussain |
|
|
Mr. Md. Akhtar Hussain is B.Sc. (Agri) and LLB with over 20 years of
diversified experience in legal practice and Corporate Sector. After practicing
at various courts for 8 years he worked with many corporates like Sakura
Seimitsu India Ltd., Daewoo Motors India Ltd., Escorts Group, Bajaj Hindustan
Ltd. Before joining with Elixir, he was working with Prism Cement Ltd, as Head
(Legal & Land Admn). Besides handling recovery suits, corporate litigations, he
was instrumental for setting up of new projects from land purchase till
completion/setting up of industries. He has wide experience in Land Purchase,
Revenue matters, Contracts, Due Diligence, Compliances etc. He is also having
very good exposure in the matters pertaining to Automobile, Sugar and Cement
Industry.
